I build data pipelines, internal platforms and the automation that keeps them running — mostly Python and TypeScript. Lately that is an agent operations platform and the home lab it lives on: everything dockerised, everything on hardware I own.

Things automated
Automation is what got me into programming: a script that removed a chore, then a bigger one. The work has grown since; the instinct has not. Most of it now sits between data engineering and platform — pipelines that have to be correct, services that have to stay up, and the tooling that keeps either from turning into someone's weekend.
Right now that means agent systems: a self-hosted platform where a team of LLM agents plans and ships against real objectives, and the monitoring that shows which of them is actually moving something.
The domain I keep coming back to is financial data, where the distance between a plain question and an answer you can trust turns out to be mostly engineering.

Data platforms, automation, agent systems — a specific problem, or just the general shape of one. Either is fine.
